cocktails, sweet stuff

Rainbow Sherbet Cocktail

Cream and egg-based cocktails (otherwise known as flips) have been making quite a splash lately. Thickening agents add body and depth to cocktails, especially for dessert. The problem is that many people are allergic to the ingredients necessary to give a cocktail texture. Solution? Walders Non-Dairy Creamy Liqueur.

Walders tastes great on its own splashed over ice, but where it really triumphs is as a mixer with fruit juices and other spirits.

Here's one recipe that's sweet while still remaining balanced.

Rainbow Sherbet Cocktail

What you'll need:

-Lowball

-Ice

-Spoon

Ingredients:

-3 oz Walders Vodka & Vanilla Creamy Liqueur

-3 oz Unsweetened grapefruit juice

-Orange wedge for garnish

In the glass filled with ice, vigorously mix the juice and the Walders. The result is not only aesthetically beautiful, but incredibly delicious.
