Forget plain ol' Mimosas and Bellinis. With Tu B'Svhat (the Jewish holiday celebrating agriculture and plants) around the corner, now is the perfect time to celebrate with a little fruit wine. And what mixes better with wine than, well, more wine!
Try this sparkler for a true outstanding brunch specialty. In a shaker, muddle (crush) two wedges of grapefruit, and pour 1/2 cup of Morad Grapefruit Wine. Add a teaspoon of grenadine syrup and shake. Strain into glass and top with a nice Prosecco (we like Bartenura). A few drops of lemon juice gives this drink a special kick. If you prefer red wines, swap Morad for Elvi Sangria. Either way, you'll have a cocktail that goes well with bagels and scrambled eggs.
Garnish with a fresh wedge of grapefruit!
The vivid color of this drink also makes it a huge hit. Have you had your wine with breakfast lately?
