Boozy Food: Binyamina Triple-Sec Cured Strawberries

Cherries are out of season, folks. Strawberries, however, are a staple. This Binyamina strawberry preserves recipe is perfect for breakfast toast or dessert topping. Alternatively, spoon it directly out of the jar and enjoy! No shame in that.

What You'll Need:

2 cups Binyamina Triple-Sec

3 cups chopped strawberries

1/2 cup orange rind

Splash of vanilla extract (no more than a tbsp)

In a saucepan, bring the triple-sec to a simmer. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until strawberries begin to take on a tender quality. Pour your preserves into a mason jar (this one's from Bormioli Rocco) and enjoy! This will last a few weeks if sealed and refrigerated. Check out the rest of Binyamina's wonderful products here.
