Yes, an abundance of wine is great. And sure, receiving bottles as gifts from your friends and family is wonderful. But most of us aren't cellar owners with tons of space. So the question isn't "do I want all this wine," but rather, "where do I store these gems on a budget?"

First suggestion? Drink the juice ASAP.
Next suggestion? Keep your wine away from vibrations: fridges, heaters, etc. Try a cool, dark place like the back of your closet. If you happen to have an abandoned closet, even better. A small wine rack is always great, but if that's not an option, try to prop the bottles on their sides at a slight angle, emulating the wine rack structure. This ensures the corks stay moist and prevent oxidation. Unless your wine is sparkling, in which case, keep it upright.
