Who's visiting friends tonight? Nothing says "thanks for having me!" like a quality bottle of wine. As an homage to friendship, we've selected The Flam Winery for tonight's wine choices.
The Flam Winery is a true family owned winery: three siblings working with their parents to ornately craft unique and characteristic wines. Winemaking is quite a process; can you imagine going through it with your family? You'd have to come out best friends (or worst enemies).
Our first choice is Flam Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is wonderfully balanced: oak spice and minerality mingle perfectly with ripe fruit to bring you a truly refined wine that screams Flam.
Next on the list is Flam Blanc, a white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes. Floral elements like peony and orange blossom match with fruits like white strawberry and gooseberry for a electrifying, zingy taste with a grassy finish.
